Do not rent

Dirty, hot, no fans. One bedroom has no screen so bugs can get it. It was over 80 degrees where the bedrooms are. We had a mouse and several spiders in the house. Terrible. We asked for fans and 2 days later got 1 tiny fan.

Do not stay

The place was disgusting. Not clean, still spiders in the stairwell. We did have a mouse in addition to prior reviewers. To top it off, there is no ac and there were no fans provided. All 3 bedrooms were on the 3rd floor and it was over 80 degrees up there. I reached out to the owner and her responded 2 days later with one small fan. Overall, I can forgive a lot but 95% of my questions and concerns went unanswered. This shouldn’t even be allowed by VRBO as a listing.

Need more improvement

The home was in a good location and the bedrooms were clean and comfortable. However, the overall cleanliness of the rental could be improved, especially in the common areas, which were not as tidy as expected. It would be great if more attention could be given to cleaning before the next guest’s arrival. On a positive note, the host was responsive and helpful, especially when we had an issue with the storage key

Not what pictures look like.

We did not end of staying at this location. The place was dirty, smelly, cob webs, bathroom had dirty mats, hair on lots of things and the mirror looked like someone spit at it. The kitchen has 1/4 red onion in fridge, cups on window, etc. Nothing like the picture or reviews. The host did refund money quickly and communicated well.
