Welcome to Florida's best kept secret!! MANASOTA KEY -- Coastal charm meets modern cottage chic in our recently updated 2Bed/1Bath Island home. The space flows beautifully to the updated kitchen which includes a lovely white quartz counter-top and stainless appliances. Take your dining outdoors to the back patio, which includes a private fenced-in yard, an enclosed outdoor shower and detached 10'x12' shed, perfect for storing all the extras. The cottage is completely stocked with linens and towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, coolers, and even some beach toys and floats. If you need anything additional please feel free to contact me at anytime! We are always here to help assist you in making your stay here at "Down the Shore" as easy and relaxing as it should be! All you need is food, drinks and your bathing suit! Make yourself at home and enjoy the peaceful world of Manasota key!

If you’re wild about nature, you will love the stroll to Stump Pass Park. There are 265 acres of sandy trails, boating and miles of pristine beaches. In the evening take a quick walk to see the sunset before dinner; beach access just a stone's throw away! Of course you will want to visit one of the numerous restaurants on the Island to experience some sumptuous local fare too, all approximately a 1/2 mile away. Complimentary golf cart shuttle service (seasonable availability) on the Island if you would rather ride. Local bike rentals available. On the nights you don't feel like going out, spend the evening grilling out in our private backyard.

Cozy & convenient at the beach

I really don’t want to tell you how fantastic this place is for autonomous comfortable living with everything provided, within a short walk to the beach & bay, in a quiet down low neighborhood. Because after I do I’ll never be able to rent it again, it will become so popular. I could live there in island paradise.

Amazing location and cozy property!

We absolutely enjoyed every bit of our stay here. The beach is one street away with easy access, and this home is only a 10 minute walk into town! The kitchen is well stocked with any utensils you may need. The host also had a cooler and other beach supplies for guests to use. I cannot recommend this stay enough!
