Tämä kanavan ranta-lomakoti sijaitsee rauhallisella alueella kauniilla auringonlaskunäkymillä. Puhdas ja mukavasti sisustettu 1-auton tandem-autotalli, 3 makuuhuonetta (1king, 1queen, 2twin-vuoteet), 2 kylpyhuonetta Floridan aurinkohuoneella ja takalla. Takapiha sijaitsee 55 'leveällä syvänmeren kanavalla muutaman sadan jaardin päässä rannan sisäisestä vesiväylästä ja maailmanluokan kalastuksesta. Stump Pass ja Persianlahden pääsy ovat alle mailin päässä. Paljon telakka-tilaa kiinnitysalueilla ja mahdollisuus 10k veneen hissiin (ota yhteys veneen hissiin) veden ja kalanpuhdistusaseman kanssa tuoreille saaliillesi! Suuri pyöreä ajotie, lisätilaa autoille ja perävaunulle. Äskettäin uusittu keittiö aamiaisbaarilla ja kylpyhuoneella. Mukavuuksiin kuuluu keskuslämmitys, taulutelevisio kaapelilla, ilmainen langaton internet, pesukone ja kuivausrumpu, ulkokäyttöön tarkoitettu kaasugrilli, ulkosuihku ja patiohuonekalut. Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Oyster Creek Regional Park (puisto). Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa 2 kylpyhuonetta ja takan.

Beautiful home with easy bay access

The home was beautiful and well equipped. We were easily able to kayak from the dock out into Lemon Bay which was our primary concern. Dennis was the perfect host. He was very responsive and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Fishing trip

The home was older but very clean. No cable in mB as advertised. Could not do Netflix either. Water facets not in front of home to wash boat down from saltwater so had to buy 100’ hose. Our stay was fun. We would stay again. One more thing the light switches need to be marked to what turns on what room. Dennis very easy to work with online. Thank you for a nice vacation.

March break getaway

This home was perfect for our stay. It’s nice and clean, spacious and has a nice backyard. It’s a bit away from a beach, but not too far. Everything was comfortable and communicating with the owner was quick and easy. They answered all of our questions and did not have unreasonable checkout expectations. Would definitely stay again!

Super comfy, great location, felt like home

We had a wonderful time. The host was very responsive. The house was just as pictured, very spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. The furniture was very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the dock and sitting on the patio. We even had a manatee pay us a visit. Definitely felt like home. We hope to stay here again.

Perfect retreat

Great place right on the water

We came over to hunt shark teeth and enjoy the beautiful area. Made it super easy to just park the boat out back and not worry about the boat ramps. House has plenty of room and has everything we needed. Had a blast and hope to stay here again.

Lots of surprises

Upon arrival, it took us close to an hour to figure out how to operate the lights in the house, turn on the power to the dock area, turn on the water to the dock area, find the outside chairs and figure out how to open the garage to the back to use the chairs. Good things were: plenty of seating but no recliners, cleanliness inside, communication, neighborhood, large kitchen and plenty of dishes, utensils, pots and pans. Odd things were: light switches in different rooms and not labeled, twin bed bedroom has no closet and is extremely humid and when the wind is blowing it gets noisy, numerous expired food items in pantry, large inoperable boats in yard and driveway, clothes in closet and in one drawer, no master bathroom. Bad things were: no fish cleaning station as advertised (only a filet board and a double sink), we had to take down the decorative rope on the dock to be able to dock our boat, both hoses at dock had multiple kinks and multiple leaks and no nozzle, numerous sand spurs throughout yard and yard unkempt, numerous maintenance issues (outside flood lights rusted and not working, ceiling in florida room cracked and hanging down, numerous outside spigots not working, outside shower not working, grass growing through concrete all over, main bathroom shower handle kept falling to hot, boat in driveway limits parking, boat in yard limits outside activity. Although this was far from perfect, it worked for what it was intended to do mostly.

A little slice of heaven

Our family had the most amazing time in Grove City. Fantastic dock is perfect for fishing and wildlife spotting. Short drive to Englewood Beach. The host, Dennis, is highly communicative and responsive. We would recommend to everyone we know!!!

Lovely home in Grove City

Our family really enjoyed a short vacation at this comfortable home. Checking in was easy and everything was in good working order. We especially liked the open layout so that we could cook and visit simultaneously. The neighborhood was peaceful. We had a relaxing time, thanks to our wonderful host!

Perfection!

We are retired folks from New England . Loved the location, views and all the extras in the kitchen. Such a homey feel but with large rooms and yard and comfortable furnishings. 2 full baths was a nice plus. Hope to return next Jan or Feb.

House was clean and had a full kitchen. A lived in house vs. a typical rental house. Great location. Had a few beautiful sunsets at the end of the block. Nice neighbors. The only draw back is that it is a bit outdated.
