The hotel is overall ok. The pictures are somewhat misleading as the single rooms are extremely small and basic though comfortable. The parking is very small, cramped, and difficult to park in. The location is good and a few restaurants within walking distance. The price overall is descent but was expecting much more in terms of amenities and comfort.

Clean Comfortable No-frills hotel

I do recommend staying here but keep your expectations reasonable. It is very good for a budget hotel. The hotel staff was very friendly & helpful and, contrary to the description on Hotels.com the front desk was staffed until at least 11p. We chose the Jr Suite and it was large, clean & comfortable. If that is all you are looking for then this is it. But understand that there are no frills. The bathroom is clean and stocked with basic toiletries, but only 1 bath towel & hand towel. The bed is clean & comfortable & there is A/C, TV & WiFi. And a safe, which is a big bonus. But the room is otherwise pretty empty of any decoration or nice touches. And the same for the small sitting room and kitchenette. Functional and clean, but frill free. And while they provide dish soap, there is no kind of dish towel or dish rag and oddly, the room is free of wash clause of any kind nor did they seem to understand my request. The Jacuzzi was also out of service. But you can see that these are minor inconveniences and not any reason not to stay here. The hotel is about eight large city blocks from beach access. Definitely no ocean view show the Beach House name is a little questionable. But like I started with, this is a adequate budget hotel with very friendly and helpful staff, and that is a lot!
