Our family of 5 was very disappointed after finding out (after we checked in) that the pool was not working poperly (under maintenance). Our 3 children were most excited and looking forward to spending time in the beautiful advertised pool while in Mexico. The main reason I chose this hotel was because of how appealing the pool looked online. If we would have been aware the pool was not working we would not have stayed here. The room was hot no matter how low we put the temperature. They refused to give me a refund so we could go elsewhere. They refused to give me a discount or a refund and it was unfair to have paid the full amount for having lacked valuable amenities. I will not be returning here. We were so jealous while looking at other people using their pools in other hotels next door out of Holiday Inn's hotel windows.

dislike ---- Hotel administration is mixing tourism customers with business regular customers which they wake up earlyto go to work and come back late from work ( factories workers) making lots of noise making it very unpleaseant for us that want to enjoy our stay
