Ground floor: living room-kitchen, separate toilet. 1st floor: living room, Bluetooth speakers, Wifi connexion. 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms (1 bed 2 people / 2 X 2 bunk beds), a bathroom (shower, 2 basins and WC). Terrace with small garden. Nice not attached private outdoor space (in front of the Gîte). Linen + towels included. Beds made on arrival. Possibility to store skis and bikes in the garage of the owner. Ski the Granier 4.5 km, Planolet/St Pierre de Chartreuse 13.5 km. Cross-country ski the Desert d'Entremont 6.5 km. Beautiful renovated country barn located at the exit of a hamlet, in the heart of the Entremonts Valley, in the Chartreuse Regional natural park. At 4.5 km from the family resort of the Granier and 6.5 km of cross-country ski tracks. Beautiful natural setting on a southeastern slope. Very good comfort with quality equipment. Nice mountain and contemporary style. Beautiful arch in bricks in the kitchen. Nice private outdoor and laid out area. Great panoramic view of the massif. Located in the heart of the Chartreuse Regional Nature Park, 14 km from the Granier family resorts and 13 km from St Pierre de Chartreuse/le Planolet. Cross-country ski trails at the Déserts D'Entremont at 11 km or the Nordic site of St Hugues de Chartreuse at 17 km. Swimming at Lake Aiguebelette 30 km away, a magnificent natural lake in lush greenery, with non-motorized water sports. Massif de la Chartreuse, between Savoy and Isère, home to the famous eponymous monastery, steeped in history and authenticity. Magnificent hikes in this preserved massif as well as on the Hauts Plateaux Nature Reserve with panoramic views of the Grésivaudan valley and the Belledonne range. Numerous sports, aerial and fun activities in the villages of the Entremonts Valley. A wonderful playground, ideal destination for nature lovers!
