Heading to Door County this Fall? Our Ephraim escape is only 2 miles away from Peninsula State Park where you can embrace the beauty of the changing leaves! Want to take in a the last warmer days of the year? We are located just one block from the beach where you can take in some incredible sunsets. We are also a short walk to some of the best restaurants in Door County

Our newly remodeled property is located in the heart of Ephraim! Up to 4 guests can enjoy staying in the main house, complete with a king size bed, a queen size bed, 1 full bath and a kitchen stocked with all of your cooking needs. Relax in our beautiful yard complete with lots of games and a fire pit. The backyard space may be shared with up to 5 guests from the duplex.

The house has 2 bedrooms, one with a king-size bed, and one with a queen-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen for all of your cooking and baking needs, and a washer and dryer.

The living room is bathed in natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows. All beds, mattresses, bedding, towels, and nearly all of the furniture and kitchen amenities are nearly brand new.

Enjoy outdoor dining with seating for all on our large deck and prepare a meal on the gas grill. Have fun playing lawn games in our large backyard and roast s'mores at night around the fire pit. Please note that the lawn may be shared with up to 5 guests in the duplex. Please contact us if you'd like to rent out the entire space as it's a separate listing.

We offer WIFI/internet and a collection of games and puzzles for your enjoyment.

The house has central air and heat.

The climbing of several flights of stairs to access the main house is required.
No smoking allowed

Provided:
Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.

We do provide a starter pack of essentials which includes the following: 2-3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1-2 rolls of paper towels/unit, dish soap, hand soap and 2-3 garbage bags.

We also supply travel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap and makeup remover towels.

Due to health and safety guidelines all pantry items must be removed between guests. Please bring cooking essentials you might need such as cooking oil/spray, salt, pepper and other spices, sugar, etc.

Please bring your own firewood to enjoy the fire pit.

Guests will have access to parking (up to 2 cars only), share the backyard with other guests from the duplex, and access to the entire main house and large deck.

We'll be available throughout the booking process and while you're at the property via phone, email or text.

You won't be able to find a better location in Door County! Within a 10-minute walk, enjoy Anderson's dock and the beautiful Eagle Harbor, the famous Wilson's ice cream parlor, delicious coffee, and food. If you want to grab that perfect souvenir before you leave, don't miss the great shops and galleries. Enjoy hiking, biking, and kayaking at Peninsula State Park, only 1.5 miles away. Spend the day tasting delicious Door County wines only a short drive away. Perfectly nestled between Fish Creek and Sister Bay, you'll want to come back again and again to explore all that Door County offers.

We normally rent out the entire property (main house + duplex) to the same group. However, during the off-season and small gaps during the peak season, we offer the ability to rent the main house and duplex separately.
