Make some memories & have FUN at this unique & family-friendly home. Tons of unique & custom finishes. Outdoor living at its finest. Custom putting green with two fabulous sitting areas. Featuring an upper deck with a lovely view of the Flatirons. There is propane grill & plenty of seats. Lower deck has an area to sit & relax with misters if it’s hot & a propane fire pit if it’s cold. It boasts a built in cooler & Bluetooth speakers. Equipped with custom serving area including a refrigerator & built in trash bin. Both areas have string lights and Bluetooth speakers. Incredible basement with pool table, dartboard, board and card games, poker chips, record player, professional DJ room and kids playroom. Work out room includes Peloton, free weights & resistant bands. Two large sofas and 2 large LoveSac’s in the basement can be used for sleeping arrangements.Home has a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. 1 oversized king bedroom & bath (step in shower) in basement. Smart TVs in every bedroom and both living rooms.

Great location in the heart of Erie. Wonderful parks and trails located nearby. Pickleball courts are a two minute walk. Close to I25, Highway 7, King Soopers, Colorado National Golf Course, outlet malls, great restaurants, Top Golf and more! Ten minutes to downtown Erie. Only 30 minutes from Denver International Airport, Downtown Denver and Boulder.

Pets are welcome!! $100 per stay. Fenced yard and dog run in the back. Two car garage with one open space inside. Driveway and street parking available.
