Newly renovated, the home boasts a fully-equipped kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances and all the pots, pans, dishes, cutlery and amenities needed to prepare your favorite culinary delights. There is a breakfast nook adjacent to the kitchen with seating for four and a separate dining room with seating for eight.

Also off the kitchen is a lounge area with a sofa , two recliners, a 35 inch TV, an electric fireplace and a work area with a large desk, monitor and printer.

In the living room you will enjoy the warmth and ambiance of a gas fireplace and a 60 inch TV, sofas and recliner chairs, providing comfortable seating your entire group.

One bedroom is located on the main floor, furnished with a king size bed, mirrored dresser, closet and a 35 inch TV.

Also on the main floor is a full bath with a toilet, vanity and a tub/shower combination.

Upstairs are two bedrooms, the master with a king bed, a mirrored dresser, electric fireplace, closet and a 60 inch TV. A second bedroom has a full bed, dresser, closet and a 35 inch TV. Also on the second floor is a second bath with a toilet vanity and a shower.

All the bedrooms have both blinds and blackout curtains to please the late sleepers.

While we advertise the home as having three bedrooms, a loft adjacent to the master bedroom contains another full bed and a queen sofabed in the finished basement adds additional sleeping space.

The basement has been newly finished with a queen sofa bed, a 50 inch tv, an in-wall electric fireplace, foosball table and lounge chairs. Its a cozy space great for the teens (or dads) to find retreat.

Finally, enjoy sunny days and starry nights in the private back yard on a large deck complete with a corner lounge set that can seat up to six, shaded by a cantilevered umbrella, an outdoor dining set for 6, multiple folding chairs, a gas grill and a gas-fired firepit table that can easily sit 4-6.

All the tv's have Fire TV features with access to your favorite streaming sites (Netflix, Prime etc.) as well as IP TV giving guests access to hundreds of local US network and premium television stations, thousands of streaming movies and over 100 sports channels.
