Check-in and beds were adequate. Sink soap dispenser was empty. Room safe was locked with no lights. The power strip at phone nightstand unplugged and not secured. Card did not open the door the following night. The deadbolt knob took awhile to work. Sitting on the shower bench does not give you access to the soap dispensers near the shower bed, no matter what your reach is. Used to be a nice inexpensive place to stay and I’ll stay somewhere else on future trips to Erie.

My daughter was traveling from home to her college and had to stop at this hotel for the night. She was by herself and was very nervous. The man who checked her in repeatedly mentioned that she was alone and said her room number out loud while there was another man behind her, waiting to check in, it made her feel very unsafe.

Cleaning is not done properly there's cobwebs in the bathroom behind the door he asked for extra pillows no pillows bathrooms way too small and there's a lot of fishy things going on from room to room in that place the bed was not comfortable I will never stay there again and I will not recommend anybody to stay there
