Villa Clementine is nested on a privileged hill of Ververonda, Porto Heli, so close to the port and all the local facilities, yet at a safe distance from them, Villa Clementine has undergone beautiful changes and is bound to become the new talk of the town and attract its new returning guests.
The villa is built on three levels in a beautifully planted plot with great views both at the Ververonda sea-lake and the Myrtoan sea. The first level has direct access to the garden and the swimming pool and hosts a very spacious, open plan living and dining area with a fire place and a stunning, newly renovated and fully equipped kitchen. On the same level are also found a spacious bathroom with bath tab and a spacious double bedroom with its distinctive built-in marble bed and marble side-tables. Going up to the second level, where is the main entrance to the house, we find a quite spacious master bedroom with a living area, that can also become an open plan or even separated sleeping area thanks to a sofa bed, while there is also a bathroom with shower right outside the bedroom. The guests of this bedroom can enjoy beautiful pink sunsets on the big balcony offering direct views to both the pool area and the sea. The main entrance also gives access to a small but very charming living room with a sofa bed, offering accommodation to another guest. The third and highest level consists of two bedrooms, one double and one twin, as well as a bathroom with shower.The outdoor spaces have everything a guest could expect from a holiday villa to ensure luxurious and memorable holidays; a big swimming pool, comfortable sunbeds shaded by a very big, old and imposing olive tree, a beautifully manicured and always blossomed garden, a lounge area and, most importantly, a stone-built BBQ area next to the pool, complemented by a big and imposing marble table sitting up to 10 guests, because luxurious holidays feel just right when guests can enjoy alfresco lunches or dinners surrounded by a beautiful landscape.
