This spacious 129 m² house can accommodate up to 8 people and offers all the comfort necessary for an unforgettable holiday. Step inside and discover a large living area comprising a warm lounge, perfect for relaxing on its large comfortable sofa and enjoying a convivial moment over an aperitif or in front of the television. On the other side of the room, a large table invites you to share your delicious meals prepared by yourselves. The open-plan American kitchen overlooking the dining room is fully equipped to prepare your meals with ease. You will find induction hobs, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker and Dolce Gusto, a toaster and a kettle.



The night-time part of the house comprises four comfortable bedrooms, ideal for a family stay or with friends. They are arranged in such a way as to offer each person their own private space. The first bedroom, located on the ground floor, has a double bed (140x190). Upstairs, you will find two other bedrooms with double beds (140x190) and a third with two single beds (90x190). A bathroom with a bathtub and hairdryer completes the upstairs, allowing everyone to relax after long days of exploration.



For even more convenience, the house is equipped with a washing machine and three outdoor parking spaces are at your disposal, in front of the house. A bicycle storage room will allow you to safely store 6 bicycles.
