Charming Cottage with Private Pool and Garden in Peaceful Espaly-Saint-Marcel
An hour and a half from Lyon and an hour and a half from Clermont-Ferrand, in the Puy-en-Velay basin, lies the small town of Espaly-Saint-Marcel.
This charming cottage is nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac on the hillside.
In summer, this house, fully renovated in the early 2000s and equipped with a swimming pool (unheated), is the ideal base for exploring the Haute-Loire region.
This bright and spacious house allows you to enjoy the charms of the town while feeling like you're in the countryside, as the landscaped garden provides complete privacy.
On-site: essential shops, public transport...
A few kilometers away: the city of Le Puy-en-Velay and its many UNESCO World Heritage sites, the Pinatelle du Zouave, the Le Puy-en-Velay golf course...
A little further afield: the central location of this accommodation allows you to explore the young Loire gorges, the Allier gorges, the Mézenc plateau, or the Gévaudan region. The basement of the house is used as an open garage.
Access to the living area is via an external staircase leading to a magnificent terrace with a barbecue, outdoor bar, and a private, secure swimming pool (fenced and covered).
The entrance to the house opens into the large and bright main room, which comprises a kitchen, a living room, and a sitting area arranged around a fireplace. A shower room and a toilet are also located on this floor.
On the first floor of the house, there are three attic bedrooms, one of which opens directly onto the garden.
