The house has 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one with 2 beds, 1 bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen with all services, living room and terrace.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
It has air conditioning and mosquito nets in all rooms, satellite TV, Wi-Fi.
Large pool with hammocks, barbecue, table tennis and garden areas.
On the farm there are 3 horses, 2 nice dogs and chickens.
We have an organic garden and many fruit trees.
On the farm you live with the owners, a couple who will be happy to provide information for your stay on the island (mountain routes, beaches, restaurants, events ...)
If necessary, a baby cot, bathtub and baby chair are provided.
The access to the house is independent of the main house.

Lovely spacious 2 bedroom apartment attached to the main house on an almond orchard, with good views of the surrounding hillsides. Property is well maintained and available to renters. Host was attentive and responsive, while being respectful of your privacy. Host provided great hiking and restaurant recommendations, ones that only a long time resident of Mallorca could make.Property is exactly as described in VRBO listing.I would stay here again and I will recommend it to my friends.A car is required for this property.

Wonderful hosts and beautiful place. Pool is large, clean and just what’s needed after a day exploring the island. Restaurants close by from Italian to Spanish and more. Easy to get to Palma and other resort areas. Thoroughly recommend!

Wonderful break away from it all

We chose the property as it was away from it all and it certainly lived up to expectation. Although only 4km from nearby restaurants and towns and a 20 minute drive door to door from the house to Palma Cathedral parking it felt we were in our own oasis. The 1st floor apartment has superb views across the property to the Tramuntana mountains from its large veranda, where we spent many hours enjoying meals and drinks. The pool area across the other side of the main house is built on a higher level which provides again that lovely mountain vista whilst lazing on the loungers. Our hosts gave us a lovely warm welcome and were helpful for anything we needed in terms of local places to visit or questions. They were also very unobtrusive A great location for most of the island; Soller, Port Soller, Sineu market, Esporles, Valldemossa and Deia were a few of the places we visited, however the pull to relax at K-Teva was too much most days and we stayed put The 2 bedroom apartment is very well appointed and comfortable with home comforts very much on offer. It met all our expectations and more and would definitely recommend

There was only one issue with our stay…it wasn’t long enough!!! What a beautiful property nestled into the foothills. The upstairs apartment is secluded and very comfortable with lovely decorating to make it a home away from home. There are almond, olive and lemon trees al around. Quaint little sitting areas. A beautiful pool we didn’t have time to enjoy! Will have to come another time. Pilar and her husband are excellent hosts!! Thanks to all the memories!

Wonderful quiet pastoral location

K'Teva is a bit out of the way and quiet; Close to Esporles which is also a delightful little town with restaurants and small grocery stores, etc. Pilar was a good and responsive host; you will get to know Piston, their little puppy after a while. We had a relaxing time. and don't miss out on meals at Quay Restaurant (next to K'Teva) and the little restaurants in Esporles. Only drawback during our stay was that the WiFi was horrendous, going on and off, and slow, making it difficult to get any work done. It could just have been the particular week we were there, and not an issue if you are just there for a vacation.

Absolutely Loved Our Stay!

Mallorca is a beautiful place and this property was the icing on the cake. Pilar is a wonderful and attentive host! The pictures do not fully capture the beauty of the property. The property is perfectly groomed, with flowers everywhere. My family loved taking pictures in the pool area and even spotted a rainbow over the mountains! The suite had everything my family needed; fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room and an extra twin bed was added to the second room to accommodate my family. The property is also perfectly located to enjoy Esporles, Palma, Valdemossa, and Soller. I can't wait to return!

A Perfect Stay

The accommodation, property and surrounds are all stunning. The living areas are very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Although it is on a farm, there is no noise from animals or machinery - whilst the land, agriculture and animals make for a lovely, private stroll. Pilar and her husband are very welcoming and helpful, without being intrusive; and she dealt artfully with last-minute (and very late) arrival-time changes due to a delayed flight. A wonderful stay - thank you Pilar.

Spring holiday in K-Teva

We were looking for a peaceful place, free of other tourists and where we could be independent. The finca was a perfect retreat for us and the peace and space of the grounds were amazing. A tree top sort of space and a place to watch nature, The apartment was spotless with every comfort for us( loved the coffee pot!) The gardens and outdoor space private and beautiful. Pilar and Angel are such kind, thoughtful people who made us so welcome and looked after us like family without being intrusive. Pilar had lots of recommendations for places to visit and things to do. We loved the experience and plan to return soon. Do be prepared you need a car, but then everything is very close and easy. The finca is everything it advertises and more.

September holiday

We came to stay with Pilar at the end of September for ten days. Pilar had contacted me prior to arrival with a video of the place and instructions on how to reach the property. You definitely need a car to explore the area. The nearest village is too far to walk to. Pilar had provided us with the staples and was on hand to give us directions to the larger supermarket the next day. We only discovered that it was easier to use the sat nav half way through the holiday (duh!) and this gave us the confidence to see a lot of the island. This is the kind of holiday that we like but equally the accommodation is suitable for a family just wanting to relax and stay by the pool. We particularly enjoyed visiting Soller and Port de Soller , just to be aware that a lot of the roads are twisty so probably wait until you’re confident driving the car before you venture out! We went to Palma early on a Sunday morning and was definitely the best time to go as we found parking much easier and driving through the town less stressful. Everything about the accommodation was as described or better. The only thing to be aware of is the Wi-Fi can be a tad problematic if you’ve absolutely need to be online. It didn’t hinder us… in fact the opposite .. We would return if only for more practice getting on and off the hammock !

Beautiful location

Pila and her partner were very welcoming to me and my family. She played with our young daughter and showed her round the beautiful gardens. The property was very clean and well equipped. Pilar kindly bought us some provisions as we were arriving late on a Sunday - we really appreciated this. It was a joy to sit out on the terrace in the evenings watching the local eagles fly overhead.

Super accommodation, fantastic hosts

We (family of 4 with kids 2&6) had a short stay (tues–sat) March ˋ22, and would definitely go back. The property is a short drive from Palma and well located for exploring the area. You do need a car or be a keen cyclist. It’s well equipped, clean and comfortable. The almond trees and grounds are stunning and our little girls loved the animals and the space to explore. The hosts were amazing, very friendly, thoughtful and contacted us beforehand to ask how to set up the beds for the kids which was great. Easy to recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area.

K-TEVA in Esporles is a magical place!

We had a delightful time at K-TEVA. Our hosts, Pilar and Angel, were incredibly friendly, helpful and generous. The farm is beautiful and it gives you a real taste of what a traditional “finca” is like with its almond orchards, chickens and horses. The apartment and grounds are clean, comfortable and well-equipped with everything you need, whether you want to prepare meals, relax on the veranda or take a dip in the pool. Esporles is a great jumping off point to explore the mountains, beaches and historic villages of western Mallorca. I can’t recommend it highly enough. It’s a magical place!

The property it’s absolutely stunning, for us it was like a dream, the surroundings, the pool and close location to Palma, made it incredible. But the most incredible of this property are the host, Pilar and her husband, are such a delightful couple, they really go every mile extra to support us and ensure we were comfortable! I have to say that staying in here, has been the best of our trip to Mallorca, because it give us an end of possibilities to plan different activities on daily bases, such as visiting the near towns of la Sierra tramontana or the best beaches near the area. Thanks to Pilar and Angel for building up such a wonderful space, full of comfort. Definitely a place to repeat in every trip to Mallorca!!!

Absolutely amazing!

We can’t thank Pilar and Angel enough. They are the greatest hosts with so much hospitality and nothing was too much trouble for them. They even came along when we had to go and see a doctor and helped us with everything. The apartment, the property and the pool are just fabulous. The pool is so big - approximately 10 x 6 meters and with an amazing view. We had free and fresh eggs from the hens every day and when we played tabletennis, Angel came with a couple of beers for us. There are 2 nice and calm dogs and beautiful horses as well as a cat. When you stay here you have all the privacy you need. We will give our best recommendations! Thanks again Pilar and Angel!
