Vom Check in bis out verlief alles unkompliziert. Der ältere Herr (Chef?) der uns empfing war super nett, freundlich, hilfsbereit. Wir durften sogar umsonst parken. Die Lage des Hotels war perfekt für unsere Anreise zur Veltins Arena "RAMMSTEIN". Das Frühstück war gut, die Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Na und, wir haben da nur eine Nacht geschlafen. Ich verstehe die negativen Kommentare nicht, das ist nicht fair. Ach übrigens, ich übernachte oft in Hotels deutlich höherer Kategorien und dort verehrte negativ-Schreiber, habe ich viel schlechteres erlebt.

Все хорошо. Правда цена 70 евро за ночь мне кажется несколько завышенной. В отеле нет шведского стола и при всем качестве завтрака он не сильно разнообразен: сыр (один-два вида), салями (то же), кофе, чай, масло, нутелла, джем. Расположение вполне удобное для того чтобы прогуляться по центру.

Personal konnte nur sehr schlecht deutsch. Zimmerschliessystem war defekt, Personal musste jedes Mal das Zimmer aufschließen, Für 80 € extrem überteuert!

Das Zimmer ist in edlem Gelsenkirchener Barock eingerichtet..grins... Das Bad sehr schön und alles sauber, das Personal beim einchecken etwas überfordert, aber am nächsten Tag mit einem kostenlosen Frühstück entschädigt ...wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder übernachten... Sehr ruhig gelegen und doch mitten im Zentrum von GE...

Das Einzige was hier positiv zu bewerten ist, ist die zentrale Lage und die sehr freundliche Dame die für das Frühstück zuständig war. Der Rest, vom Zustand der Zimmer, über Sauberkeit bis hin zum Frühstückangebot ist sehr enttäuschend.

Ganz nett und bemüht, alles ziemlich alt und einfach. Kein Frühstücksbuffet, sondern zwei Brötchen mit Teller von Wurst+Käse - ganz schön lieblos und ohne Qualitätsanspruch. Aber Badezimmer neu und Zimmer in Ordnung.
