The open-plan living area seamlessly extends to a spacious terrace, offering breathtaking mountain views. Indulge in the opulence of this west-facing terrace, offering breathtaking, uninterrupted mountain views. Enjoy a partial sea view from one corner of the terrace, with Gibraltar visible on clear days. Nestled in one of the most tranquil and serene locations within the prestigious Estepona Hills urbanisation, this property ensures peace and quiet. Conveniently close to the main swimming pool and restaurant, it also features a communal car park and electric parking stations within the estate. From the southern entrance to the urbanisation its is possible to walk into Estepona town in 15/20 minutes. By car it is a 5 minute drive. Clients also have access to 'Los Reales Sports Club' which has a fully equipped gym, pádel clubs and restaurant. Access is available for a subsidised rate of 5 euros per person, per day. Padel courts are free between 7-10am and 13-16pm. Outside of these hours they are able to rent with a 50% discount. Both Malaga and Gibraltar airports are under an hour away by car. Estepona, Puerto Banus and Marbella are a 5/20/30 minute drive away respectively. Out of office hours Check-in is charged the following: 9pm - Midnight 20 euros Midnight - 2am 40 euros After 2am 60 euros This amount is payable in cash at the property. For infants, it is also possible to rent cots (50 euros) / high chairs (20 euros). These amounts are also payable in cash on check-in.
