This cozy apartment in Estepona is carefully decorated to offer you a comfortable and pleasant stay. The flat accommodates up to 4 guests.
Living-Dining Room: A table and chairs for 4 guests to enjoy meals together, a comfortable two-seater sofa, and a Smart TV. From here, you can access the balcony and see the ocean.
Kitchen: Equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle, fridge, toaster, and all necessary dishes to prepare a homemade meal. There is a table and plenty of storage space in the cupboards. From here, you can access an internal patio with an outdoor sink and a set of outdoor furniture: a table and chairs for 4 people.
Main Bedroom: There are two bedrooms. The main bedroom features a comfortable 180cm bed, bedside tables, a spacious wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. From this room, you can see the sea across the promenade. It’s an exceptional view!
Secondary Bedroom: It has a 180cm bed placed next to a window that brings natural light into the room and two nightstands. It also has a built-in wardrobe to unpack your belongings and feel at home.
Balcony: With beautiful views of the sea and the promenade. Equipped with an outdoor table, chairs, and cushions to enjoy a relaxing moment.
Bathrooms: There are two bathrooms. Both have a corner shower with glass enclosure, a toilet, and a sink with a mirror. One of them has storage space below the sink.
You also have at your disposal a washing machine, iron and ironing board, and a hair dryer.
There is a security deposit of 500€ that must be paid 3 days before your arrival through bank transfer and will be returned 3 days after
*We will be waiting for you to hand over the keys. Check-in is available from 4 PM to 9 PM. After 9 PM, an additional charge of €40 applies until 11 PM, and €60 until midnight. For check-in outside this schedule, please contact us for availability and pricing. Kindly notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your estimated arrival time to ensure someone is there to welcome you. A delay of more than one hour from the scheduled arrival time will incur a €25 surcharge.
* We do not accept teenage groups or underage guests without adult supervision. The minimum age to book is 25 years old.
*Bed linens and towels are included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests booked. Additional towels are available at an extra cost. We do not provide beach towels.
*Airport transfer available upon request – please inquire about availability and costs.
*The swimming pool is open only for certain months of the year (usually from May to October). Please confirm pool availability for your selected dates. Due to the drought, pool opening dates may be subject to change.
*Your stay includes a basic final cleaning. If the apartment is excessively dirty, an extra charge of €24.20 per hour will apply.
