Holiday house with private pool and fantastic sea views

The property captivates with its quiet location and spectacular sea views.
Outside there are sun loungers, barbecue, seating, dining table, fridge and washing machine.
The large living room with fireplace and flat screen offers a clear view of the pool and the sea.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, hand blender, kettle, cookware, toaster, egg cooker, tea towels etc.
1 bedroom with double bed and bathroom with bathtub and bidet. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and bathroom with shower. 1 bedroom with a single bed. Sofa bed available.

Pets are allowed on request.

It is about 2 km from the finca to the beach. The way there leads partly through reed bridled paths, lemon and avocado plantations. Unfortunately, it takes some getting used to in sections.
The pool has an electrolysis salt system, which means there is no need to add chlorine.
Salt water is known for its positive effects on certain skin problems. (Salinity corresponds approximately to that of the tear fluid, far lower than in the sea.)


The landlord can bill for increased consumption costs.
