Wir erhielten nur alle Unterlagen in Französisch.3 Tage vor unserer Ankunft erhielten wir die Info online in Deutschland, wir müssen eine Haftpflichtversicherung haben! Wir waren bereits in Frankreich: mit viel Mühen konnten wir organisieren eine Police unserer deutschen Versicherung zu der Agentur zu schicken!! Unter Ihrer Homepage mit der Hilferufnummer sprachen wir nur mit einer inkompetenten Dame, die immer wieder sagte, Sie seinen nicht zuständig: echter Horror, da uns von der Agence mitgeteilt wurde, wir müssen ansonsten eine teure Versicherung in Frankreich buchen oder könnten nicht in die Ferienwohnung...Der Anreisetag war auch Horror. wir mussten bis 12.00 Uhr da sein, da dort um Mittag bereits niemand mehr da sei( Wir haben gesehen, dass dort eine Feier stattfand).NIE mehr werden wir über Sie in Frankreich buchen, das habe ich bereits telefonisch mitgeteilt. Schade, dass uns niemand bereit war zu helfen. Wir haben dies all unseren Freunden und Bekannten bereits erzählt!!!
