The Oasis is located in the heart of Eufaula where you are just steps away from the lake, restaurants, a convenience store, a liquor store, and family fun. The Oasis is a two bedroom townhouse that can accommodate up to 6 guests. The master bedroom has a Cal. King bed and has a balcony that overlooks the cove. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a full over two twins. The Oasis has a stacked front load washer & dryer.Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place.
1. No Smoking of Any Kind Inside: A $200 fine for violating this rule may be charge to guests.
2. No more than 6 guests in or on the property at any time. Violating this clause could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without refund.
3. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am. Guests will be notified if a noise complaint has been made. If noise continues, guests will be asked to leave with no refund.
4. Put things back where you found them.
5. Guests will be held responsible for any damaged or broken items.

Great little getaway

Location had a cute little tiki-type theme and all the amenities you'd want. Bed setup was really great with having family members and a 6 year old. The only thing that was a tad confusing was the parking. That could have been my fault (perhaps missed the instructions/directions somewhere) but we were confused as to where we were actually supposed to park haha. Otherwise,, great stay!

Enjoyed tremendously. Only two suggestions. Finish cement on each end of sidewalk. Also mats at each entrance. It was raining makes flours very slick.
