It’s about a 5 minute walk to beautiful Hendricks Park and is located only 1 mile from the University of Oregon and Hayward Field. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a loft with office space, and a carport. The master bedroom includes a queen bed w/ master bath and a private balcony. The second bedroom includes a full bed and has a bathroom right across the hall. The loft office includes a sofa that can convert to a futon. Enjoy the breathtaking view of the hills and mountains surrounding Eugene as you grill out on the deck and relax in the lounge chairs.
