The staff was very nice! We didn’t get there till 12 am and the one staff member that greeted us and signed us in was extremely nice! The hotel was very nice, loved the shower.

The hotel is clean, modern and comfortable. Located in a shopping center with lots to shop and dine in walking distance. Our room was very spacious the only complain was that the AC was super noisy. It whistled all night and that areas a bit annoying.

Our flight was delayed until very late so we stayed the night in Portland and when we got to the hotel the next morning, we were told our suite was given away. Not a great experience. Also, we found blonde hair all over the dark carpet so housekeeping clearly had not vacuumed.

This hotel is my favorite in Eugene. It’s super nice with a great price. Amazing restaurants right underneath the hotel . Convenient and safe parking.
