I stayed here with my husband and our three teenage children. The room was clean and we enjoyed being across the street from the beach. We did not like the virtual check in procedure, lack of staff onsite and the breakfast was not a breakfast. It was muffins or granola bars. That doesn't qualify as breakfast - comparable properties at this price point at least offer something hot like eggs or sausage or cold like yogurt and cereal. Even make your own oatmeal would have been something. Also, the couch bed in our room blocked access to the bathroom and room exit. A person would have to crawl across the sofa bed when opened to leave or use the restroom.

There was a computer kiosk with a video feed of a receptionist — it was creepy and depressing and inhumane. I hated more than anything I’ve dealt while traveling. Just awful!!!

Quite close to ocean and restaurant, Check in was a nightmare online with a person I couldn’t understand and Expedia should clarify no staff to check in ask questions etc I would never stay at a motel with this kind of check in

An unnecessarily cheap hotel that skimps on everything. The towels are permanently stained and undersized. The rooms are very dated and appear dirty. There are cameras everywhere, a weird remote kiosk check-in experience. Signing legal releases is required at check-in explaining the many additional charges. Strangely enough there is staff on site but their focus is "watching" you. Very disturbing...

Grab n go breakfast minimal and child like. Old fashion coffee maker in room. We had to change rooms due to being in a pet room that was overly pet fragrant. They accommodated us with a better room that was obviously not a pet room. Thankfully, our little one is fully house trained. The ocean view was nice and close.

Staff called me at 8AM to confirm my check-in time. Housekeeping knocked on our door two hours before check out time. The bathroom floor was too slippery, like a soapy film was left on it. We paid for the spacious 2Q hideaway bed with ocean views. Excellent views but the couch opened into a wall so the only way to get to the bathroom was to climb over the person laying on the hideaway bed! Breakfast was processed junk food with no protein options or even fresh fruit.
