One night last minute stay

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Front desk attendant was helpful and attentive. Bed was awesome! I slept so so good! Visiting family for 4th of July, I got this room for my grandsons and their mom. These were their words. I appreciated that they called me to verify because I had rented the room but was not staying there. Rate was great, especially last minute on a holiday.

Horrible Hotel

Didn't get the rooms we reserved. We we're expecting the suite and received a much smaller room. The suite was already taken and the others were out of service. They still charged the suite price, no discounts. The on site restaurant and bar are closed until further notice. The television only had 1 channel. The beds were very uncomfortable

This place charges an amazing price for a room that is spacious and comes with a kitchenette large enough to accommodate a full-sized refrigerator. My daughter and I had a 3rd story room that was clean, but a bit warm and stuffy when we arrived. It took a while for the AC unit to cool it down, but after that it was fine for the rest of the night. The only oddity was that the complimentary shampoo bottle was half empty. The young man running the front desk was super nice. We arrived after 10:30pm, probably looking a bit tired, and he immediately volunteered to help carry our bags up to the room if we wanted the help. (We pack light. So I declined, but it was still very kind.)

First of all I reserved a business room with kitchenette. I was put in a regular room king bed. the bed was hard, hard, hard. the floor was more comfortable than the bed. So for both nights we got no sleep. There were no outlet plugs. the first night there was no cable until we called several times. walking to & from the room it smelt bad.
