Stood at the desk for 15 minutes before picking up the courtesy phone to call for help just to check in. Lots of homeless people hanging out. Property was okay but smelled bad. When walking to my room, loud music blasting from the room next door. Carpets were nasty. Elevator had stains and spills on the floor.The room was not what I expected. The couch had terrible stains, carpet not clean at all. Had to wipe down the entire room with bleach just to cover the foul odors. And right before deciding to leave, I was afraid someone was going to start fighting based off of the loud arguing outside of my room. It seems like this property is used to this type of behavior. Next time I’ll choose the Marriott. Extremely uncomfortable and disappointing. I did not stay long at all

The staff was polite. I am a skinny guy and have some medical issues that make me look like the not to be rude but the street people or tweekers. I'm not though so it up sets me when I'm treated that way. Your staff was just polite and did the job.

Blood stained sheet and filthy mattress.

Rooms were dirty. Sofa bed mattress was heavily soiled. Told receptionist she was not ready to change the room but offered sheets. When I brought the sheets to blood stain was on the mattress as well and my daughters refused to sleep on it. On the meantime shift changed and new receptionist (Desiree) when out of her way and talked to management and switched the room. This should have been done immense I brought this up to the first receptionist. All this took more than two hours to settle.
