- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190) and a single bed on the mezzanine floor
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 55 m² garden, private and enclosed, with garden furniture and barbecue/brasero to enjoy the fine weather.
- A second garden of 20 m², private and enclosed, with garden furniture.
The flat is ideally located in Evry, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
