So while the listing shows a 30-day rental, the cost is aligned with a shorter visit — and the extra days are yours to enjoy at no additional charge if you choose to stay longer.

Each bedroom has a quiet split A/C and ceiling fan for your comfort. With one king, one queen, and 2 twin beds, there's plenty of space for 6 guests to have a restful sleep. The full bathroom has a beachy spa -like vibe and lots of storage. The apartment has a private entrance at the back of the property, including a cozy shaded yard with patio for grilling and eating your meals in the fresh air. Whether lounging in the cute apartment, cooking in the big kitchen, getting fresh air in the backyard or taking the sort walk across the street to the beach, there is so much to adore about this sweet vacation 'home'!
Centrally located on the island, it is about 25 min to the Airport, 35-40 min to downtown Honolulu beaches or 35-40 min to the North Shore depending on traffic. There is so much to see and do on the island of Oahu if you want to explore and see it all but you don’t have to go far to sit on a pretty private beach. Just steps away from this property you can swim, snorkel, catch waves or beach comb. Summer swells bring life to our own historic Ohau surf spot “Empty Lots”.
Ewa Beach has its own charm with some shopping and restaurants and Wai Kai the new surf park resort . It is only 15 minute drive to Kapolei for Costco, malls, variety of restaurants, movie theaters and more. Only 20 minutes to the Ko Olina Resorts, Disney Resort, and Lagoons.

There are a total of 3 units on the lot, including ours which provides security and convenience to assist our guests. Each unit has its own entrance, laundry room, yard and patio or deck for peace and privacy.
