Excellent rooms appear recently refurbished. Hotel is very pleasant, and staff are fabulously friendly and helpful

Very clean, staff cleared tables at breakfast very quickly so always had space for people. Would use again.

A good Budget Hotel. There is everything that you need in the rooms, but the room itself is a cosy size. The bathrooms are good, with a large walk in shower and mood lighting. There is air conditioning but it has limited control. Breakfast is ok for the price paid, hot and cold buffet style. Location is ok, a few minutes walk from Exeter St.Thomas train station, but a fair walk to the city centre around 20 minutes.

Very modern inside helpful friendly staff and great location, parking is £6 a day which they don’t advertise when you make the booking but really good rooms for such a price

Hotel is brand new so everything as expected. Parking at £12 for 24 hours is very expensive especially as it’s their own parking

I only stayed for one night, but they accommodated our late check in. The room was clean, spacious and modern and the price was excellent for breakfast being included as well.
