Room is roomy, clean, and comfortable. Pub is only minutes from the cathedral and main streets. Breakfast is extremely good value. Glad to have chosen this over the bigger chain. Staff couldn't be more helpful, thank you.

Quaint place, friendly staff, just not very clean. Room size adequate, location great just a few minutes walk to Highsreet

Very well situated for the city centre. The room was comfortable and clean. We wouldn't recommend eating at the pub but there are other places to eat nearby.

Very old, atmospheric inn, with a little lane running through the middle (and a tree!) and a warren of corridors, but kept very well.

Das White Hart Hotel ist wirklich in die Jahre gekommen. Die Fensterrahmen sind zum Teil schon morsch. Es hat dadurch einen gewissen Charme. Dieser kann aber nicht alles wett machen. Z.B. sind die Heizungsrohre nicht abgeschirmt, das heisst, die Zimmer sind auch bei zu gedrehter Heizung warm. In der Nacht zu warm. Es ist auch empfohlen wirksame Ohrenstöpsel mit zu nehmen, da die Fenster keinerlei isolierende Wirkung haben. Das Personal ist äusserst freundlich, das Frühstück reichhaltig. Wer aber Ansprüche stellt, sollte ein anderes Hotel suchen. Uns hat es trotz alledem gefallen - eben, es hat Charm.
