Excellent room and breakfast. Staff very friendly and courteous. Great place to stay when taking in a show at Exmouth Pavilion Theatre, just five minute walk. Already booked to stay again.

Clean room. Comfy bed, lovely brekkie, great sea view, warm, friendly staff, lovely quiet location, safe parking. Hotel is a little dated but would stay there again. Could have done with a bedside table!

As soon as we walked into Ashton Court the lovely lady on reception couldn't do enough for us , lovely clean room , really dog friendly! , breakfast was amazing everything you could possibly want , close to the town centre ,and free parking, definitely return soon ! .

Good base for exploring Exmouth and environs.Hotel staff and facilities good. The only problem was ratio of parking spaces to number of rooms If you were lucky enough to secure a space you were reluctant to vacate it. All the adjacent streets were always full.

I had the most wonderful stay from the time I arrived with the friendly staff and laid back atmosphere of the hotel, the room had everything we needed with an amazing panoramic sea view, the hotel was lovely and quiet and the breakfast was excellent I am going to be back soon as the cost was very reasonable, full marks to this lovely hotel with character.
