A lovely cottage in a handy location

We had a great time at La Guedine cottage. It's in a good location with all the shops, bars and restaurants of Eymet within a short walk from the cottage. The Owners Didier and Brigitte are really helpful and friendly. They provided us with good recommendations for local places and restaurants to visit. The cottage is well-equipped, the beds are comfy and the covered swimming pool is wonderful especially if the weather turns bad outside. We would recommend that you have at least a basic ability to speak French as it will enhance your experience.

Lovely bungalow, shame about the stairs

The gite is compact, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The garden is beautiful and well kept and the pool is amazing. However, if like us, you have mobility problems, this property is not for you as there is a steep flight of 16 concrete steps to access it. Once you have climbed the steps, the property is on one level, with just one step into the garden. Such a shame that the steps will prevent us from booking this property again.

Nous sommes restés 2 semaines. Nous avons été très bien accueillis, les propriétaires sont disponibles aux petits soins. La maison est bien, bien équipée, la piscine est top. Eymet est un bijou à découvrir. Nous avons adoré.

De belles vacances à La Guédine !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle propriété du Périgord pourpre... La région est magnifique et nous en avons bien profité !! Brigitte et Didier sont des hôtes parfaits: sympathiques, très disponibles et discrets. La maison est très bien entretenue comme le jardin et la piscine. On a besoin de rien tout y est prévu, les draps, les serviettes de maison, sèche cheveux etc.etc... Bref un endroit merveilleux pour se reposer et profiter!!! Merci encore à nos hôtes et à bientôt !!!
