this is a well equipped property. Unfortunately on arrival there was a couple waiting that claimed to be for maintenance saying that they wanted to repair the toilet seat and they would return later. We tried for hours to contact the owner to make sure this was authorised entry but without success until next day. This damaged our first day because we felt insecure ( we travel a lot and in much more unsafe places). The apartment had a tacky sofa with hair and bits of dried crump from previous tenants. As I mentioned it was well equipped particularly upstairs with a lot of storage and the kitchen. The following morning the smoke alarm started going off because of empty battery. We had to disconnect it since the manager was again nowhere to be found. It is a good property that is let down by poor management and poor cleaning. Be aware a lot of companies in Fairbanks are owned by the same people

House was exactly as advertised. Great communication from owner and easy check in and house access. House is very well stocked in kitchen and bathroom. We especially appreciated the fans available for every room for the hot Fairbanks summer!

Comfy, Cozy and Very Accommodating!!

We enjoyed staying in this little cozy duplex! Our daughter is stationed at Eielaon AFB so we were visiting her. The location is amazing, its literally a couple of miles from anything in Fairbanks! Stocked with coffee, some toiletries and overall, very accommodating! Owner is very responsive! When we visit again, we'll definitely be staying at Aurora Nights again!

Exceeded expectations!

Fully stocked with everything we needed including an extension cord to plug the car's block heater in at night. Not to mention a very reasonable checkout list, which is much appreciated!

Beautiful place!

This property was beautiful on the inside, really felt like a home while we were there. We have really good memories from being in it. Because the kitchen had cooking essentials, we were able to cook meals together for a memorable experience. The washer and dryer also worked extremely well which came in handy. The tv is very large in the living room, so we were able to have an awesome movie night that felt like we were in the theaters! Great place to stay, great location in Fairbanks, close to everything. The blackout curtains were essential in the bedrooms because of the 24 hour sun so that was a nice feature. Overall an amazing place, would highly recommend.

Solid place for a good price

We enjoyed our mid February stay at this site. It was very centrally located so we would easily get to wherever we needed in town. The only downside was the construction next door, but that wasn't super loud and is likely only temporary. We didn't spend much time at the house, but getting in and out was very easy, the host was helpful working with us for a special request regarding check-in, and it perfectly served our purposes while we were there.

Easy to finf. Good location in the center of things. Nice property, except the bedrooms neer Blackout Curtains. It was difficult sleeping in the 24 hour light.
