The space
MAIN LEVEL

Enter through the front door to the cozy living room with a west elm couch and two custom velvet chairs for seating. On the wall you’ll find a large 55” flatscreen TV with Netflix, apple+, and any other streaming app available for your entertainment.

Past the living room is an eat in full kitchen with microwave, gas stove, oven, a cart with coffee and espresso amenities and plenty of storage with all your kitchen necessities. Also located off the kitchen is a back door to a shared deck over the driveway and side yard. This is the only shared space with the side studio unit, rented separately.

UPSTAIRS

As you come up the carpeted stairway you’ll see a full bathroom to your left, a master bedroom to your right and a second queen bedroom straight ahead. The bathroom features new thick towels, washcloths, shampoo, body wash, conditioner and a hair dryer for your use.

Both bedrooms feature lush new bedding with down comforters and silk pillowcases, AC units, closets and window coverings. A 55” TV hangs on the wall of the master bedroom and a bright bonus space lined with windows has a full length mirror, clothing rack and wardrobe.
