We stayed at this hotel as a last minute getaway and took our German Shepherd. We had a room with 2 doubles which are the pet friendly rooms. The room was recently really nicely remodeled and was very clean. The beds were comfortable and it was very peaceful and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to go back. There is an Indian restaurant onsite and there was a lovely bar with live entertainment at the back overlooking the marina. The food and the drinks there was excellent. Our dog was even relaxed and fell asleep on the floor next to the table outside on the patio and enjoyed chicken nuggets and fries. We checked out and when I arrived home I realized I had left my boots in the room. I called the front desk who called me back within 15 mins to confirm they were there. I sent a prepaid shipping label via email and they boxed them up and sent them back to me. Just wanted to say thank you to the front desk gentleman for sending these back and providing such an exceptional customer service. We will be back!!

It was just ok. I think they may be in the process of renovating, but it was somewhat shabby. The outside area with the bar and live music was quite nice, as was the courtyard. But I wouldn’t recommend it, and calling it a resort was a huge stretch.

I booked this hotel because it was dog friendly. I booked a deluxe room since we brought our 2 dogs. Upon check in I was told the deluxe room didn’t allow dogs. They told me to cancel through Expedia & they would rebook me directly. Its the day of check in so I couldn’t do that. We drove 3 hrs to be told oh well. I wasn’t happy and said just put us in a dog friendly room & refund the difference. Instead we were allowed in the room & they up charged us more per day for the dog's. Our room had a bathroom sink they leaked & no one responded to my calls. No towel racks in bathroom & dog peeing area was sand with rotted raw chicken left in the middle. I would not recommend.
