Tämä lemmikkiystävällinen talo Mobile Bayssa on täydellinen perhelomille. Se päivitettiin kokonaan vuonna 2017 sisällyttämään upea ranta-auringonhuone ja pöytä aamiaisella tai auringonlaskun illallisilla. Alakerrassa on 2 makuuhuonetta, joissa yhdistävä kylpyhuone, keittiö, oleskelutila ja aurinkohuone vetäytymissohvalla. Yläkerrassa on erillinen päärakennuksesta ja siinä on yksi makuuhuone, yksi kylpyhuone, oleskelualue, jossa on futon, ja keittokomero. Talo mahtuu 8-10 henkilöä ja pysäköintipaikka on 4 autolle. On mukava patio, jossa voit rentoutua tai nauttia perheen ajasta poissa säästä. Voit nauttia kauniista näkymistä lahdelle aurinkotilasta tai kävellä laiturilla saadaksesi henkeäsalpaavat auringonlaskut. Olemme sijaitsee 1 mailin päässä julkisesta veneiden käynnistämisestä, 15 minuutin päässä Grand Hotelsta, 20 minuutin päässä Fairhopen keskustasta, 25 minuutin päässä Tanger Outletsistä ja OWA-huvipuistosta Foleyssa ja 35 minuutin päässä Gulf Shoresin rannoista.
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Bon Secour Bay. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkaille esimerkiksi pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaille ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

This was the perfect place for our family to stay for a wedding in Fairhope! Quiet neighborhood, great pier for fishing, beautiful yard for the dogs. Everything was as listed and the owner was very easy to contact. We will be returning!

Great host. Great house!

Love this property. We had a great experience and I would highly recommend for you next get away. We were close enough to go to the beach and OWA, but were out of the main touristy traffic. We were able to fish and even saw some dolphins most days.

Being on Mobile Bay and enjoying the water was the absolute best!

Great family place. Steps from the pier down to the water would be a fantastic idea! Otherwise swim or walk (water is shallow and sandy not muddy at all) to the little rocky beach and walk back to the house! Water is great! Close to shopping and restaurants! We cooked quite a bit! Played family games and hung out in the downstairs family room almost the entire time. We never even turned on the tv!

Wonderful time here owners were wonderful to work and communicate with. House was very clean. Loved the gates did not have to worry about my doodles getting out or running in the road. Highly recommend “Blue Marlin” the restaurant it was fabulous and just down the road. Bait store not 5 min from house was so convenient for us and daughter to run up there to get live shrimp. We have dealt with that bait store for years and they are wonderful people. Beds were very comfy would highly recommend and stay here again. Thanks so much for the wonderful hospitality!

Relaxing family fishing vacation

Beautiful location to watch the sunrise and sunset. The home was perfect for our family of 8. There is 2 bedrooms downstairs with one connected bathroom with a shower/ bathtub. A couch that has a pullout bed. The living room you can sit & watch the water from. The other separate room is upstairs detached from the main house that has a bedroom, shower/ bathtub, living room, TV, fridge, bar area sink, no stove for cooking but has a Keurig machine, a couch that makes into a bed. You can walk outside down on the pier & go fishing. Very beautiful place, nice relaxing atmosphere. You can sit outside on the swing & listen to the waves. You have neighbors but we only saw them once very quiet neighborhood. Unfortunately we could not get the the washer to work but no fault of the owner, things happen! The children loved to walk down & fish!! We would definitely stay here again Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!!!

Amazing!!

The owners were very friendly, the house was clean, and the beds were comfortable. There was plenty of room and the beaches were close. The outside seating area was great for grilling and just playing games. The teenagers loved fishing off the pier and catching crabs in the traps. We will definitely be staying again but next time we will stay longer!

Wonderful place

The property is in a perfect spot to see the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets. There was plenty of room for our family of 10. We caught crabs and shrimp off of the pier while catching dinner and making wonderful memories. There are a few things the house is lacking though being in the bay a stock pot is definitely needed. The owner and his family are very helpful and friendly and my parents said their restaurant had some of the best food they had ever ate. The neighbors were super nice and offered a lot of great advice. We would love to go back soon.

Pretty good Place

First the bad, toilet upstairs backed up twice, and we just went and picked up plunger. Never did figure how to use the Lights on the pier. Lot of broken furniture, recliner upstairs, and a few of the high chairs had broken stretchers. Microwave was a little scary. Often you had to hold the start button in or it would start, pop, and stop. Once it started for a couple of seconds you could walk away and it would finish cooking. The good, they let us use the crab traps, and we caught enough for dinner, they let us use the kayaks, life jackets, cast net, fire pit, etc. Everything was pretty well laid out in a binder, so there wasn’t any confusion. Poker chips and cards, board games and lots of books were available, along with a propane grill that was welll maintained and had plenty of propane. The washing machine and dryer was very convenient. The neighbor’s cat and dog visited us a lot, we are pet people so it was a plus for us. Others might not see it that way, but if you ignore them, they probably won’t bother you.

Owners and their granddaughter were great hosts!

We loved the split level with basically having two houses. The kids felt very “grown up”. We enjoyed fishing and crabbing. There is a setup for cleaning the fish, grill for your use, and nearly everything you need for fun at the beach. If you get the chance try their restaurant the Blue Marlin, food was great and it’s only a few miles up the street.

Beautiful Bay Experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Home is both rustic and updated. Spent most of our time outdoors but so easy to cool off inside in comfort. Check in and check out so easy. Perfect spot in Baldwin County if you don’t want to go all the way to the hustle and bustle of the beach.

Great place to relax

We had a wonderful time on Mobile bay. The house was well stocked, the owner is great and easy to communicate. We caught crabs on the pier,took out the canoe and lit the fire pit. Just a perfect time!!
