Situated at the hub of the Blue Ridge Mountains and the Smoky Mountains is the eclectic city of Asheville along with our beautiful 1910 farmhouse. Our home sits on just under 3 acres of land which includes 13 natural springs. Recently renovated, professionally decorated, and hardscaped by one of Biltmore Estates finest landscapers, this gorgeous mountain home is the ideal location for your Blue Ridge Mountain vacation.
This home is wonderfully located just a few minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, 7 miles to Asheville (12 to downtown), 12 miles to the Biltmore Estate, 14 miles to the Omni Grove Park, 15 miles to the River Arts District, 14 miles to Chimney Rock National Park, 12 miles to downtown Black Mountain, 17 miles to Lake Lure, and less than 5 miles from several local restaurants and breweries along with any other amenities you may need.
This home was built over 100 years ago; however, we recently restored it to its original glory. With 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a beautiful farm-style kitchen, a very spacious living room, and smart tv's in every room, this is the perfect destination to relax with friends and family.
13 guests (we do not recommend more than 9 adults) can comfortably stay in the home, the accommodations are as follows:
Master Bedroom (main floor)- King Bed
2nd bedroom (Go down 5 steps & it's located behind the bonus room)- Queen Bed
3rd Bedroom (2nd floor)- Queen Bed
4th Bedroom (2nd floor)- Full/Full Bunk bed and 1 twin daybed
Additional Options- 2 twin trifold sleeping mats. Comfortable for children and adults.
This family friendly home is surrounded by the beautiful views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, rolling hills, and local farms. Take in the fresh air and enjoy the fire pit and hot tub or cozy up inside while playing bumper pool or shuffleboard. Other games are available such as cornhole, poker, puzzles, card games, and board games. Oh, and most importantly, a large carpet swing for the kiddos (adults love it too). High speed WIFI is also available.
The large deck off the kitchen is complete with a charcoal grill, an outdoor dining table, patio furniture for lounging, and just steps to the hot tub. This space is completely private for the perfect place to relax while you listen to the sounds of the creek flowing through the property.
The oversized patio is located just outside the bonus room, where you will find a beautiful hardscaped area which includes a stone fire pit surrounded with 8 comfortable Adirondack chairs. Look up to see the breathtaking views of the neighboring farms with the stunning Blue Ridge Mountains as the backdrop.
Items Included: Alexa is waiting to play unlimited music as soon as you step through the door (located in dining room and bonus room). Linens, towels, pillows, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and cleaning supplies will all be provided. The kitchen is fully stocked along with a full spice rack.
