THE APARTMENT

Flat 3, Abbey House is a perfect North Norfolk Bolthole in the popular village of Binham. The stylish apartment is for adults and located in a stunning Grade II listed country house, dating back to the 16th Century and overlooking meadows and priory ruins.

The recently updated accommodation has been thoughtfully and stylishly designed and is perfect for a break away.

The apartment is accessed via the imposing communal entrance hall, featuring mosaic tiled flooring. Through the hall, there is a door leading to a separate corridor, where you will find the entrance to Flat 3.

The stunning open plan living area is flooded with natural light through the mullion windows with high ceilings and stunning views. The modern well fitted kitchen is equipped with all the useful appliances, such as a dishwasher, electric hob and oven and is slightly separate from the open plan living area. There is a dining table providing plenty of space for two. The sitting room area has two comfortable sofas and a large coffee table, that doubles up as a games table to make use of the games provided in the glass cabinet behind the door.

The pretty bedroom has a king-size bed and wardrobe with two windows looking out to the front of the property. The bathroom has a bath with shower over and a handy heated towel rail.

OUTSIDE

To the rear of the property, there is a designated area at the rear of the property and a bike store for keen cyclists.

The communal gardens are extremely rich and diverse and have been beautifully landscaped and are ideal for you to take your picnic rug and basket in the summer months. There is also a communal tennis court available to make use of - balls and tennis rackets in the house to use.

Really lovely apartment. Probably one of the best equipped apartments that we have stayed in! Well furnished and very clean. It's in a lovely, quiet location but with a pub next door. Perfect It's well placed for visiting different beaches and other attractions. We had a great holiday and would thoroughly recommend it. Thank you. X

Pleasant stay

Meadow View Apt 3 was very well equipped and comfortable. The furniture and kitchen equipment were in good condition. We were happy that it had a washing machine and dishwasher. The only thing we found disappointing was that the promotional material, in the photographs, did not accurately reflect the spaces. Photos were taken with wide angle lenses with filters. We felt that the body corporate needs to maintain the public areas to a much higher standard. Paint is peeling off the walls in the entrance hall and the woodwork needs refreshing. The corridor to our apartment smelled very fusty and unpleasant. Housekeeping was deficient in leaving only 1 bath towel and one hand towel and one toilet roll for our stay of 2 people for 6 nights.
