Villa Campidoglio is located in the Marche countryside, a few km from the village of Falerone, in the province of Fermo. Surrounded by a beautiful garden with lawn, the villa boasts a lounge area and a gazebo with dining table and barbecue, ideal for alfresco meals.

Among the outdoor spaces you will find a private fenced pool (6 x 12 m, depth 1.40 m), open from 15 June to 30 September, and equipped with sun loungers, parasols, and a solar shower.

At guests' disposal also a private parking for 5 cars.



Internal Description



Villa Campidoglio is spread over 2 floors and can accommodate up to 12 people, has 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and ensuite bathroom. 1 baby cot and 1 high chair are available on request. Pets are allowed on request at an extra cost (up to a maximum of 1).



Ground floor: The ground floor is dedicated to the living area, consisting of bright rooms equipped with air conditioning, including a large dining room, and a lovely sitting room with armchairs, sofa and tv. Next there is a fully equipped kitchen with: oven, stove, microwave, Italian moka, dishwasher, toaster, refrigerator, electric kettle, and breakfast table.

Moreover on this floor you will find 1 toilet and 3 bedrooms divided as follows: two double bedrooms (with ensuite bathroom with shower), and a triple bedroom (with a double bed, a single bed, and an ensuite bathroom with shower).



First floor: On the upper floor there are two more bedrooms: a double bedroom (with ensuite bathroom with shower), and a quadruple bedroom (with a double bed, two single beds, an ensuite bathroom with bathtub, and finally a private terrace).

Prices and conditions



Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi; house, garden and pool maintenance.



Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (250.00€); pets allowed (15.00€ per day, up to a maximum of 1). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).



Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
