Everything was very clean, staff was excellent. The room was quiet and very comfortable although alittle outdated (the wing chairs and the carpet need to be replaced) The pool, sauna and steam room were excellent.

room needs to be updated. terribly neglected ,upgrades are needed. we were without power for 5 hours . no maintenance staff on board to fix a fuse???? That being said, your front desk staff is great. i should be compensated for the time spent in a cold lobby for 5 hrs.
