The night clerk was awesome, he went above and beyond what was expected. The room was clean, the housekeeping staff friendly. The hostess at breakfast was efficient and friendly. Quality Inn is very well named.

My room didn’t even have a shower curtain in it and it looks like the maids left their cleaning bucket in the bathroom. I didn’t realize that there was a shower curtain till the next morning when I tried to take a shower.

We were next to the last to check in (9:00 PM) and was assigned a room. It was TERRIBLE! It stinked like dirty socks and clothes, and the bed was like it was rapidly made. When I complained at the desk they put us in the last room available -- fortunately those people hadn't yet arrived. It was better, but still stinky. The gal at the desk said it was because the maintenance hadn't changed the a/c filter. That was NOT the problem, It was dirty!!!!!

the whole property needs some updating. the carpeted floors caught the door causing it to stay open vs when the door naturally closes. the tv remote didn't work. breakfast was typical. I would stay here again for the price and location.
