We were not taken care of vis-a-vis check-in. We had to track down the maid to get some answers. We had to get a key from a neighboring restaurant. We tried to call the front desk, we tried to text and ask for the key code to get into our room and nobody ever responded not even after we checked out. Thank God for the maid Susan. The room was shabby: carpet stained, old sink in bathroom weird old shower head. No office to get ice. Still no contact from office. Very unprofessional.

I was there for a marathon with my family. The staff was friendly the hotel offered a restaurant, beach across the street and a nice roomie suite. Only downfall was to get up to the second floor, you had to use the stairs that were through the restaurant which made it difficult when unloading the vehicle, as you had to squeeze through a crowd of people.

Girls weekend on the Cape. We stayed on second floor in building 1. Spacious room, 2 queen beds, directly across from Falmouth Town Beach. Lively restaurant on site, it was always hopping and we never heard a sound from our room. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We will certainly stay here again!

Great location! The hotel is across from the beach with a great beachy restaurant attached. The restaurant shuts down the outdoor area at 9 pm so noise was not an issue. The restaurant and hotel staff were very accommodating. The rooms are a bit old but were spacious and our room had a beautiful ocean view. Would stay here again!

Me and my son stayed here recently and we both were delighted with the choice of accommodation. The room was a perfect size with a great view of the ocean and Martha's Vineyard. There is a restaurant/bar attached to the property called Shipwrecked that serve great food and with a good atmosphere overlooking the ocean. You can catch the ferry from Woods Hole across to the Vineyard which is only a short drive away. I recommend this hotel if anyone is looking to stay in the Falmouth area!
