This resort was nice, the food was pretty good like any resort don’t expect the food to taste like local options. Everyone was nice and accommodating. The only thing I didn’t like was that they said they was gonna give us complimentary champagne for upgrading our room but never did. The views from my room was beautiful though. The water slides were fun and they always had events going on for both children and adults.

We loved the nightly entertainment and how friendly the entertainers were!!!! The property was so clean and managed so well. Staff were very friendly and seemed very happy!!! We loved the food and drinks. Our oceanfront room was wonderful. The activities were fun for the whole family. We felt very safe and at home at this location. We will be back at RIU Palace Aquarelle.

The food and entertainment on the resort was top notch. Loved the buffet options 😋 the water was perfect, the weather held up majority of our trip, it did shower some late afternoon but not for too long. Mornings was perfect especially waking up on the 12 floor ocean view. Can't beat that view. Definitely will return soon

Nice hotel. Great food and the stay was very helpful and pleasant. The beach was clean and the entertainment was good. Not enough elevators but overall I would stay here again and again.

Incredible ocean view. Property is beautiful and clean and most of the staff is courteous. Nightime entertainment is A! However, there's no indoor daytime activities to do as they dont have games room etc. The food though ranging in variety was always cold, which isnt good.

I had a very disappointing experience at the steakhouse. The servers were rude and unprofessional, which made the visit uncomfortable. The food was also terrible. On the other hand, I’ve had great experiences at Kyoto and Napoli restaurants. Their food is delicious, and the servers always greet customers with a smile and are very polite. I highly recommend those places instead.

The property it self is beautiful, however the servants are very poor badly poor they talk to you rude, and not pay attention to what you need ignore you . For example visited the Steakhouse restaurant the servant was the worst I have seen was pointing with a finger when talking to you. The property assigned wrong room charged extra to get the room we have ordered. The front dest people are poor as well. And another big thing about Jamaica the Gift shop super expensive for example 4$ chip are 14$ dollars not worth buying.
