This resort is one of the best I’ve stayed at in a long time! Absolutely everything 10/10. View from the 11th floor, to the best staff who will remember you. But the ENTERTAINMENT/ DANCE TEAM is what truly makes this resort the best 1000/10! They’re sooo fun and insanely talented. The buffet is great and onsite restaurants are beautiful. The whole resort is picture worthy. My friend and I came for my birthday & cannot stop talking about everything. We loved it… a lot.

Checking was a breeze, Front desk agents very accommodating room was immaculate and fresh. food is great, tasty, delicious. dining staff all marvelous, attentive, polite and very helpful. The entertainment group was on point, lovely joyful activities. Over all the place was super clean, beautiful and relaxing. If you want to be pampered home away from home, this is the place to be.

Hotel was ok. Beach was subpar from other beaches I’ve been to in Jamaica. Came here expecting crystal clear water like usual. One elevator up and down caused congestion and large waits to get back to the rooms especially with us being up on the 10th floor. Most of the staff were great but there were a handful that were extremely rude. Hotel didn’t clean our room to the first 3 days even after multiple housekeeping requests and we were told it’s because we had a don not disturb sign in the door which is a flat out lie. Pool and everything basically closes at 6 which leave a the rest of the night with nothing to do besides the limited entertainment offered. This is good if you just want to eat and drink and sleep with no additional expectations.

Good food, good cleaning, good attending, good recreation.1 things to improve in my opinion: add a Disco/night club ( have enough space for this), this is better than transport people for other RIU party and bring fidelity for this hotel

After a long day of travel and several flight delays we arrived at this resort only to be told that they were overbooked and had no room for us. We were shipped to a hotel that we did not book. We were EXTREMELY dissappointed!!! You are taking a risk booking this resort.

Room was immaculate and well cleaned daily. In room bar was kept up and restocked daily. Bed was very comfortable! Employees were OUTSTANDING, pleasant and just very helpful, kind and sweet. Plenty of smiles and greetings from groundsmen to receptionist. Everyone was very welcoming!!...Thoroughly enjoyed our visit! Buffet had a variety suitable for everyone, every type of dish was prepared. Can't wait to return.

the room wasnt ready when we got there at 4 pm and we didnt get housekeeping service for 2+ days. They make you ise an app for all requests bit when it doesnt happen you call the front desk and they say they dont know. The worst was the live concerts every single night until 1 am. its ridiculous amd should he advertised a s a discoteque not w pool friendly place for kids. 3 star at best

Overall my stay at the resort was ok. I had some issues the first few days of my stay with the tv not working and the room had a musty smell. Needs more seafood oprions and Jamaican cuisine. They had a lot of activities to keep everyone entertained

First-off, Trelawny was hit by Melissa so the fact that they are up and running well while the resort next door looks abandoned is incredible. Second, the service and the staff were great! That said, the stay left much to be desired. I paid for a room of with its own pool. When I walked in, a kid looked like he was running towards me. Turns out, my room abutted the middle of a water park, which took up the entire view from the room and pool. I asked for a new room and staff responded quickly; however, the new room was directly off a main resort walkway. When I was in my pool area it felt like I was on the sidewalk. Save for my curtains, ground level passerby had a level, unencumbered view of my bed. If I laid by the private pool area, everyone could see me. I felt like an exhibitionist. Especially in front of the kids. And there were so many kids. This isn’t just a family-friendly resort. It’s a resort FOR families. Lastly, and I’m not sure if this is attributable to the storm, but the food was horrible. My stay was brief but I was hungry the entirety of it.
