We arrived at 4 and check in is at three. They said our room wasn’t ready and that we should go eat and hang out and they’ll send an email when it’s ready. Waited until almost 8:30 to go to the front desk to ask and be told our room has been ready. No apologies no nothing, couldn’t shower, change swim or anything. They wasted our entire day

The staff were genuinely happy and always willing to help. Food was excellent, especially the tiramisu at Napoli. The coffee bar had everything we needed, and the service was exceptional! The water slides and pool table were an added bonus. The two bedroom suite was perfect for a family of four. Would gladly go back again!

We were very impressed by the hotel, staff and food. Do not listen to any negative review because those people have no idea what they are talking about. Our safe didn’t work when we first arrived, but someone came to fix it in 15min. We didn’t love every dish/dessert offered in the dining room, but many were outstanding.

Staff is courteous ,housekeeping staff were great ,however there seems to be a shortage on washcloths and towels,each time they would clean the room they did not replaced supplies. Also we wait almost 2 days to received 2 robes that were requested on multiple occasions.

Due to the recent snowstorm in New York, I have experienced significant difficulties with this hotel regarding my reservation. Despite calling numerous times in an effort to resolve the issue, no one has answered the main line. It is extremely frustrating to be unable to reach the hotel directly during a situation like this. I have also contacted both Expedia and RIU customer service, yet unfortunately, no resolution has been provided. I am very disappointed by the lack of responsiveness and professionalism demonstrated throughout this experience.
