The room had a smell when you walked in, the lights didn’t work, the bathroom was dirty, customer service was terrible and so much more. I will never stay here again.

Good evening ppl, this hotel I stayed to or 3 nights, the last day I was there I had laundry to N put my stuff into the washer I put my 2$ in and it went my cloths and laundry detergent all over them & then it stopped unlocked and never locked again so it was broke, the front desk person working out my things in there maids laundry room. I got my cloths back but 4 tank tops where missing a pair of leggings, my bra and socks along with my silk panties were missing.. I called the front desk and the owner yelled at me n said ma"ma what do you want me to do but you new ones. I said maybe they should have better ppl working a d left and I will never return no maid, couldn't get a broom to clean my floor and no sheets for the bed that I took the, and stained not just a spot but the entire mattressr blooded up I am never staying there again and vote this hotel a 1 was very disappointed and got nothing for them

I booked and confirmed all my 6 rooms with 2 twins beds but on the stay day, the hotel informed me that the 6 rooms I booked are not Available and said Expedia made a mistake in reservation. I had to use roaming service to talk with them for $14 . They provided us 1 room with 2 twins bed all other 5 we had to adjust with king bed , family room etc. was not comfortable. Even, the rooms were cold and no heated provided. Some room windows were cracked and open and cool air was entering making us feel uncomfortable. The stay was terrible and would not stay again there. I want my all money back as we all 6 families are not happy at all. Thanks.

So I booked a room last minute as we were coming to Fargo to visit family as there was a family member in the hospital. I was happy to find a place that could accommodate 3 adults and a child the room I found had a king bed and two queen beds so it was perfect. The pictures I saw that were posted it looked like a pretty clean place it also said there was a pool and a hot tub!! We got there and right away I got a bad feeling but I went in and checked in but had to wait as apparently they had a family in their the night before and they needed to remove a mattress I guess anyway the hotel was scary and with having children with I didn’t feel comfortable also the worst part was THERE IS NOOOOO POOL!!!! I was really upset and decided to go else where.

Industrial neighborhood surrounding. Sketchy characters loitering. I think it's a residential property. Carpets filthy. No closet, no rod even for hanging clothes. Staff was moderately helpful- partially/incorrectly answered my 2-3 questions, requests.wouldn't recommend
