There are broken plugs around the pool area the fake plants around the pool are dusty and full of trash like boots pop cans to go containers and planing trashy The room well the carpet had many sticky spots neede to wear shoes all the time the floors are all stained up along with the furniture the tub was loose and a walking hazard the water handle was reversed if there was a way for a refund would ask for it cause it's not worth the rate to stay there

Only complaint was the pool signs posted said it was open until 11 and they kicked the kids out at 10 & said from 10-11 was adult swim. The max depth of the pool was 4 feet with kid water slides. I’m not sure what adults would want to go swimming in a kid pool.

Dirty, rude employees, don’t waste your money.

Our room felt dirty, I ended up wiping everything down with the Lysol wipes I brought, old cheerios all over our room, it needed to be vacuumed. Overheard on our way out members of housekeeping talking badly about another coworker, complaining that she’s so fast because she doesn’t actually clean anything. The pool area is in a serious need of some updates. When we were checking out I asked for a paper copy of the receipt, the fronts desk agent told me she couldn’t print one out because we booked through 3rd party which is interesting because that’s never been an issue ever. I also work for a hotel(in management) and if a guests asks for something you try to figure out how to actually help them. Instead of making rude comments about the guests when they’re still in ear range so they can hear you. If that was my employee, I’d be having a conversation with them about their professionalism or lack there of. The gentlemen I had when checking in, was super nice and went above and beyond answering any questions.

We loved staying at the Fargo Holiday Inn! It was very easy to get around town and right across the street from the mall! Best of all was Dakota Joe's. The very friendly barista was always there early to make an excellent cup of coffee just steps from our room. Can't beat that!

Holiday Inn was fun for the kids, we spent one night and they enjoyed the pool and hot tub, but the conditions of the facility are not great. The restaurant was closed the night we were there which was a huge bummer.
