Welcome to our beautiful1912 home - where historic charm meets modern comfort. Thoughtfully updated while preserving its original character, this home offers warm, inviting spaces perfect for gathering and relaxing.

The Space
The updated kitchen and cozy breakfast nook (seating for 4) make mornings easy and enjoyable. For more formal meals or game nights, the dining room seats 6 comfortably.

High-speed WiFi is available throughout the home.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
All bedrooms are located either on the second floor or in the basement (please note this is a two-story home with stairs required).

Please note: While there is a shower in the basement bathroom, it is not operable. There are two fully functioning showers located upstairs - please do not attempt to use the basement shower.

The first day we arrived one of us tried to take a shower and the handle broke off in the shared bathroom upstairs so we called the host and they came over. Instead of them turning off the handle they give me the pliers to do it. They said they will call a plumber the next day. The plumber came over and told us that the owner wants to know if we used excessive force on the handle, basically trying to get us to be the blame of the old house for the handle breaking off. The furniture is cheap and very uncomfortable. It may sleep 8, but only seats 6 at the dining table. The living room can't seat 8 people. No TV in other rooms. The master bedroom TV is positioned on the wrong wall so you will get a stiff neck. Vrbo needs to know that the camera facing the hot tub is invading our privacy.

I had a really good stay here and would absolutely come back. The host was wonderful, very responsive and quick to help when I reached out about a clogged sink, which I truly appreciated. If you like firm beds, these beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything I needed, and the décor throughout the house was stylish and thoughtfully put together. I also loved the extra touches like earplugs and noise machines in every room. It showed real care for guests, especially with the house being on a busy road.There were a couple of things that could use some attention. The furniture, while beautiful, wasn’t the most comfortable. The basement bathroom was clean but had a bit of a creepy feel, and although the host noted the shower wasn’t working, the space itself could use a little refreshing.Overall, though, it was a comfortable stay with a very attentive host and lots of thoughtful details. I’d happily stay again.

Charming AND very well-appointed! Great communication with hosts, easy accessibility, and oh so comfortable! There is everything you might need for a weekend or weeklong stay, and the hot tub is a special treat! Having an en-suite primary bedroom with a luxurious and comfortable king-size bed was fantastic, and a nice surprise as the description nor photos really spell it out that way. We highly recommend this as a 5star property!

Lovely place for our family to stay. Had everything we needed. We had two families with young kids and some teenagers and older family members whose kids are gone staying altogether for a wedding. Location is perfect, we were able to walk to downtown Fargo!

The hosts are very communicative and responsive to ensure a 5-star stay. The charming, refurbished house was extremely clean and fully loaded with all the amenities. The cleanest and most stocked we have ever experienced. The hosts even checked in after the first night to ensure we had everything we needed. This house and its hosts are 1st-rate. Love this house!

The owners go above and beyond. They have the extras-ground coffee, coffee pods, oatmeal, cozy blankets, plenty of pillows, Q-tips, plenty of towels, laundry soap and a well stocked kitchen. It is nicely decorated and cozy feeling. We didn’t use the basement other than to wash clothes. The basement is a typical basement in an old house but the bedroom is done nicely, just like the other rooms. Owners were very responsive when I needed to add on a night and in general. I have stayed here twice now and really enjoy it.
