Beautiful

We loved our stay at Mollies and immediately started planning a trip to the other location in Bristol! The price was amazing value, the room was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated which added to the welcoming comfortable atmosphere. Very family friendly and a great location to go on to explore the Cotswolds.

First time staying at Mollies and we would stay again! We are a family of 4 so the connecting rooms were great for us and meant we weren’t all in the same room A few minor issues were fixed quickly and the service was very professional and friendly We ate at Mollies diner for tea and breakfast and both were good - lots of choice on the menus and kids menus available Able to pre book a car charging socket as well :) Bus direct to Oxford stood right outside the motel so no need to drive Overall a great 2 x nights

We loved our stay but the room was very warm and we couldn't seem to control the temperature. ( Maybe that was just us!). Apart from that is was perfect! Quality bedding and great food and service in the restaurant. We wouldn't hesitate to return.

Great find and real gem. Mollies is a very comfortable, easy, cool and treat to stay at. I was looking for a place to stay on my last leg down to London. Lots of choices around Oxfordshire, but Mollies just looked less complicated. Turned out to be a very nice stay. The Motel (not really a motel, but nice Hotel) is a large Scandi Style new Wooden Building with a nice lobby down below. My room again very Scandi and large. Slick new bathroom timber walls and furniture, big glass window and blackout curtains. No road noise, because it's set back from the road and clearly heavily sound proofed (not really a Motel, more Hotel). My bed was very comfortable (very large), great water pressure and luxurious shower. I was too comfortable I accidently slept in... Lastly the Diner.... Really cool and slick place. I've actually been to a lot of Diners in the US. This was up there with the greats. A lot of time and thought was put into it, and it has paid off. Excellent menu, good naughty and good healthy food options. Food Dinner I had a Cheese Burger (fantastic), decent bun and meat was done just right. Breakfast I had a Granola Bowl and Poached Eggs on Toast. Excellent.... Importantly its a happy place, staff seemed happy???? Something in the air?? Customers happy???? What is this??? Is there something in the food??? We need more of these Mollies Diners or just Diners in general... Stay here, it's fun, comfortable and a real experience. I highly recommend.

The motel was great, the amenities were amazing and the service was fantastic. I would defiantly recommend The diner however was not so great. The food was very good but the service was shocking. We had to wait a while to get seated for dinner, then we had to wait to get are drinks and food order taken. Then after we ordered we had to wait ages for our drinks even though we could see that they were left up on the side. Then after getting our drinks, my partner was given a 'free birthday ice cream' before we had our mains! then after this we were given the bill!! I told the waitress that we had not even eaten yet which she then replied that we were third in the queue so it won't be long. Another 30 minutes went past, we had both finished are drinks and were still waiting for our food. Someone finally came back over to us (I think a manager) asking if we had eaten and we replied no. They then went and bought us our food 5 minutes later - luckily she told us that we did not have to pay. The food is very good but the service is just something else - I understand that it was busy and maybe understaffed but being bought out a dessert and then the bill before the main is just crazy. The next morning we went back for breakfast and the service was a bit better but we were still waiting for ages for our drinks and food. Again, we had already finished are drinks long before we got our food and the people who were seated just before us had eaten and left before we had even got our food.
