The consistency of room service standard was not there. One day my room was cleaned well, i had 4 bottles of water i had 4 biscuits for each of us staying in the room. The next day i had no bottles of water, no biscuits, the two extra beds were not made. I was very disappointed upon entering our room after a long day out.

Lovely stay

Great family stay when visiting the Cotswolds (you need a car to explore). I highly recommend this hotel as our room was spotlessly clean and the staff were exceptional, especially Iven and Hannah.
