The third room contains two beds (100 cm wide, 200 cm long), a shower/WC, and an exit to the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a separate WC.
