Cozy Tiny House Near Nature Perfect for an Active Getaway!



Welcome to our charming 30 sqm tiny house loft) the perfect retreat for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts! Located next to Ågesta Golf Club, one of Stockholm’s best golf courses, you’ll have direct access to amazing cross-country ski trails in winter. When the lake freezes, you can even skate on the ice, or try ice fishing.



Swimming Activities

Just a few hundred meters from the house, you’ll find a beautiful swimming spot, perfect for hot summer days. There’s also a tennis court in the area available for booking.



Comfortable Stay Smart Design

The tiny house features a cozy loft with two double beds, accommodating up to four adults. While it might not be ideal for long stays with four people, if you’re comfortable sharing the loft, it works perfectly! The loft also has a built-in TV, creating a snug atmosphere for movie nights.



Outdoor Charm Entertainment

Enjoy our newly built fire pit (2025) a perfect place to gather around in the evenings, grill some food, listen to music, and relax under the stars. We’ve also added a projector, so you can stream movies or play video games for an even more magical experience.



Great Location Easy Access

A bus stop is right outside the house, making it easy to get here. Despite the peaceful, nature-filled surroundings, the house is still close to Stockholm City about 15-20 min by car. The house is near Ågestavägen, where you might hear some traffic during the day, but nights are usually quiet.



Year-Round Activities

No matter the season, there’s plenty to do! Play golf, go cross-country skiing, swim in the lake, or take a scenic walk to Ågesta Stable, a popular area for birdwatching and enjoying the great outdoors.



The house is on the same plot as another larger house that is rented out separately. The smaller house is sometimes included when booking the larger house
