Great backyard for our dogs. I always went out with them or kept an eye on them when outside. The little one could fit through a couple spots in the fence but they had fun running and playing. Great neighborhood to take them for a walk. Nice, roomy and comfortable home that we would definitely stay in again. Highly recommend this gem.

Peaceful, Perfect Stay for Our Family

We stayed at Blue Sage in Fate with our two children and the home was very cozy. We had everything we needed, the neighborhood felt very safe, and the hosts were quick to reply when we had an inquiry. I was warned about TX bugs before visiting and I'm happy to say we did not encounter any bugs in the house. The beds, recliner, and sofa were comfortable. The kids were excited to find some toys in the closets. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.

Home away from home

My family of 6, with 3 small children and small dog were so comfortable in this home! Being 5 min away from the interstate and grocery store it was perfect for us. You can tell the host thought about the detail of our stay because we had all the basic essentials needed for a quick move in. Even had a few small toys and TVs already equipped with shows for the kiddos. We felt safe in the neighborhood and wish it was warmer to ride the bikes and skateboard. Overall it really felt like a home away from home, and with the host being so accessible I would definitely recommend to all my friends and family. We WILL be staying here again, and thank you to the family for inviting us into your home!

A Gem in Fate, TX

This property was exactly what my family needed for our stay in Fate. Owner was responsive, friendly and super helpful in meeting our special needs. The home is in a nice quiet neighborhood, but easy to access any shopping, restaurants, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Blue Sage.

Meet the in-laws

From welcome to departure these owners were the easiest folks to communicate with. I had all the check in information and even a short video on how to utilize the door lock. There is more than enough room to spend out. My grandchildren, oldest son and mother stayed in the double bunk room… the full size and twins were comfortable and provided plenty of head room, top and bottom. My daughter and son in law stayed in bunk in front room, while my husband and I stayed in the master. Beds were comfy and roomy. Bathrooms clean and had adequate space. It was great to have a washer and dryer, along with coffee maker, 2 toaster which made breakfast a breeze and the counter ice maker was a definite plus!! We went on a nice bike ride with there being a few shops not far away. We wished we had used the pool sooner which was so nice!! My grandchildren LOVED listening to music on the Alexa. Having Netflix was also a great surprise!! Thanks for a great stay, would definitely stay again as this place offers so many conveniences of home!!
